Location: 4577 Ohio Drive | Ste 250, Frisco, TX 75035

Job Title- Assistant Director
Shift time: 8 hours/day - 40 hours/week
Timings will be known during the interview with the managers.

Position Overview

The Assistant Campus Director assists with the daily activities of the iCode School. This includes successfully achieving enrollment sales objectives, establishing off-campus relationships with local schools, and participation in local events, while also assisting with people management, facility management, and operational aspects of the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Campus Director with day-to-day activities related to people management
  • Assist the Campus Director with day-to-day activities related to facility management
  • Facilitate various iCode programs and market through social media and email campaigns
  • Build student enrollments through developing school partnerships, business promotional opportunities, telemarketing efforts, on-site and off-site events, and campus tours
  • Assist with student scheduling and instructor scheduling
  • Assist with ensuring proper class facilitation and proper classroom maintenance
  • Ensure the campus is maintained to the highest standards on a daily basis
  • Responsible for inventory management of facility supplies
  • Perform administrative duties as assigned
  • Operate the various iCode systems as they pertain to customer management
