Fresh Freight Driver (OTR Regional, Reefer)Fresh Freight is a mid-sized, family-owned carrier where drivers are treated like people, not truck numbers. You’ll run reefer freight that helps deliver food to communities across the U.S., with consistent pay, modern equipment, and a team that knows your name. Your dispatcher and fleet manager are industry veterans who understand the job and work with you to keep things running smoothly.

Pay:

Guaranteed salary: $1,500 per week ($1,200 taxable wages, $300 tax free per diem)

•Paid weekly

•Annual pay increases, with no cap.

Schedule and Home Time:

•Flexible home time options

•Common schedule:

3 weeks out, 3 days off

•Salaried role and

days off are paid

•Average workday is typically under 10 hours

Equipment:

•70 MPH trucks
