To thrive as a Fresh Cut Associate, you need basic food handling knowledge, attention to detail, and typically a high school diploma or equivalent. Effective time management and attention to detail are crucial to ensure that all products meet quality standards while minimizing waste. Collaborating with other team members and communicating with supervisors helps address these challenges efficiently.
