The Registered Nurse RN charge nurse is responsible for the overall care of the residents within the household. He/she assesses human response and plans, implements and evaluates nursing care. He/she is responsible for all associated and clinical activities, participating in staff and resident scheduling, and assists, in the supervision and counseling of Nurse Aides, Resident Coordinators, or Resident Assistants. Always functions within the limit of the Pennsylvania State Professional Standards Title 49 Chapter.
Qualifications
Registered Nurse RN qualifications include:
  • Graduated from an accredited school of nursing and possesses a current Registered Nurse license, in good standing, from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
