Enterprise Account Executive Associate

We're on the hunt for an Enterprise Account Executive Associate to join our team and help us grow our footprint with strategic enterprise accounts. This isn't a "read from a script" sales gig - it's consultative, relationship-driven, full-cycle selling where you get to be the trusted advisor your customers actually want to talk to.
Position Summary
The Enterprise Account Executive Associate is responsible for driving new business and expanding relationships with strategic enterprise accounts. This role will focus on selling high-value solutions to mid-market or enterprise level customers tailored to their needs, managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to close. The individual will possess consultative selling skills, the ability to build hospital sales pipeline and may contribute to regional or national sales strategies to sales leadership, and a history of achieving or exceeding sales targets. The individual will work closely with internal cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to ensure a seamless customer experience and drive long-term revenue growth and customer retention.
What You'll Actually Be Doing
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
  1. Develop and execute account strategies to penetrate existing enterprise customers to cross sell and upsell opportunities.
  2. Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities to achieve or exceed sales targets.
  3. Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation, qualification, nurturing, contract negotiation through to sales closure with oversight from sales management.
  4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, pipeline status, and forecasting in the company CRM system to ensure transparent communication with cross functional departments and management.
  5. Participate in and represent the company at industry educational events, trade shows, and conferences to build and maintain long-term and trusting professional relationships with key decision makers and influencers to the business.
  6. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and demonstrations.
  7. Serve as the main point of contact for customer decision maker, ensuring satisfaction and resolution of any product or services delivery issues during the sales cycle.
  8. Build and maintain strong relationships with key influencers, stakeholders, decision-makers, and executives within target organizations.
  9. Utilize company data and perform in-depth discovery for each customer to understand product, service, and budget requirements to align company solutions with their business objectives.
  10. Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and changes in regulations or standards and communicate to company management.
  11. Assist with contract and renewal contract negotiations.
  12. Other duties as assigned by Director of Enterprise Sales.
• What You Bring to the Table
Knowledge, skills, and core competencies for success:
  1. 2+ years of experience selling to enterprise level customers.
  2. Purposeful, with the ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously. Proven history of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a complex, consultative sales environment.
  3. Persuasive communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with experience selling to senior level management.
  4. Experience managing long sales cycles and working with cross-functional teams to close large, complex deals.
  5. Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce or HubSpot) and other sales tools (e.g., Zoominfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) to manage the sales pipeline and forecasting effectively.
  6. High Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
    • Excel: Skills for reporting, data analysis, and forecasting
    • PowerPoint: Strong presentation skills for customer sales meetings
    • Word: Expertise in creating professional documents for customer management
  7. Ability to travel at least 25% of the time to company corporate office, customer meetings, industry trade shows and conferences.
