RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Fully research commercial realestate sales transactions over $10 million
  • Interview the related parties to the transaction such as buyers, sellers, and brokers
  • Dig into the financials of the deal, the performance of the assets, the property level detail, and accurately enter this information into the database
  • Produce thorough sales comparable reports detailing the story of the sale transaction-based interview and research findings
  • Track and update various transactions done by assigned REITs
  • Work in partnership with assigned research markets
  • Assist with client inquiries regarding product usage

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's Degree required from an accredited, not for profit University or College
  • Bilingual French/English both oral and written skills
  • A track record of commitment to prior employers
  • No Corrective Action for the last 6 months
  • Demonstrated competency in sales comparable research; previous 6 months of sales comparable performance metrics must be provided with application
  • Flexibility to work shift aligned with ET time zone

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Fluency in French
  • Natural curiosity, persistence, and ability to conduct thorough investigative research
  • Proven success performing to metrics or key performance indicators (KPI)
  • Experience communicating with internal business partners and external clients by phone
  • Understand commercial real estate sales terminology and calculations
  • Be goal-oriented and manage multiple responsibilities, adjust to changing priorities, and excel in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work within a team environment as well as an individual contributor
  • Demonstrated knowledge of and/or experience within the commercial real estate industry
  • Experience and demonstrated proficiency with Excel that includes the ability to manipulate data, filter, and develop basic formulas.
  • Capability to accurately capture and enter data
  • Ability to be flexible and adapt to changing situations at a high growth company

The final salary or hourly rate offered for this role with fall within the range set forth below based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, geographic location, skills, and competencies.

Base Compensation:$73,500 - $89,500 (Annually)
