FL Cafe Restaurant in located in South Beach, Miami Beach, is looking for a qualified and experienced Executive Chef to lead the kitchen of our restaurant.
The ideal candidate has strong experience in European cuisine and is comfortable preparing and supervising breakfast, lunch, and dinner service.
Responsibilities:

  • Lead and organize daily kitchen operations
  • Create and develop a new menu inspired by European cuisine
  • Oversee the preparation and service of breakfast, lunch, and dinner

  • Ensure high quality, consistency, and presentation of all dishes
  • Manage food orders, inventory, and kitchen costs
  • Maintain strict food safety and hygiene standards

  • Train, supervise, and motivate the kitchen team

  • Requirements:

    • Proven experience as an Executive Chef

    • Strong knowledge of European cuisine

    • Ability to design and develop creative menus
