Job description

Our client is looking to fill the role of Project Manager. This role will lead a major operational transition project while managing multiple concurrent IT Service Management (ITSM) initiatives focused on service reliability and operational excellence.
  • Pay Rate Range - $50-55/HR on W2

Responsibilities:
  • Lead a large-scale operational transition project, coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Manage multiple Technology Operations and ITSM initiatives simultaneously.
  • Drive improvements across Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes.
  • Support major incident response activities, reviews, and corrective action tracking.
  • Provide executive-level project reporting, risk management, and stakeholder communications.
  • Ensure operational continuity through effective planning, prioritization, and governance.

Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of Technical Project or Program Management experience.
  • Strong knowledge of ITIL, Incident Management, Problem Management, and Change Management.
  • Experience in Technology Operations, NOC, Service Desk, Command Center, or IT Operations environments.
  • Proficiency with Jira, Jira Service Management, ServiceNow, or similar ITSM tools.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience supporting international operational transitions.
  • Experience in Technology Operations or Incident Management environments.
  • PMP, ITIL Foundation, or Scrum certifications.
  • Experience with Power BI or other reporting/dashboard tools.
  • French language skills are highly preferred.
