Job description


DAVIDOR is looking for a Brand Ambassador (jewelry sales associate) for its Vail Boutique in order to provide its clientele with a superior customer service experience. The desire to become a DAVIDOR product expert through training in the Maison's DNA, storytelling, collections and know-how is required to be successful in the role.


Applicants should have excellent business and personal references with a background in luxury fashion, leather goods, fashion accessories (jewelry experience not required). Strong communication skills, knowledge and interest of the world of luxury are essential.


As ambassador of the Brand, you are in charge of welcoming and servicing a highly demanding customer:


• You will become an expert in all of DAVIDOR's product offering.

• You will be active in the development of sales and manage the merchandising and product display in the boutique.

• You will work to represent the brand in the highest manner respecting the brand codes and DNA.

• You will focus on customer service and building relationships with the customer on behalf of the brand in order to increase customer loyalty and increase sales.

• You will be focused on client relationship post sale to increase repeat business

• You will carry out the administrative follow-up of the shop: managing the inventory/stock and sales process including the cashier.

• You will be given monthly sales targets which have to be met with the goal of exceeding.

• You will come to work motivated and be a strong team player.

• Present the boutique and product in the highest standards - participate in merchandising, maintaining the cleanliness of the jewelry, props and boutique.
