Job description

A Management Trainee works under the supervision of managers and executives within the organization. The program is designed to provide trainees a career path to become future managers within Parts, Service or Fixed Operations in the Stoops organization.
The program will be separated into two different sections: Parts Management Training and Service Management Training. Each section should take the listed expected time to complete proficient training. Each area can be accelerated or extended as needed to obtain the required training level.

Parts Management Training Breakdown:
  • Phase 1: Shipping/Receiving/Warehouse (3 months)
  • Phase 2: Parts Delivery Program (1 month)
  • Phase 3: Outside Route Sales (1-2 months)
  • Phase 4: Stock/Inventory Preparation (1 month)
  • Phase 5: Parts Sales (4-6 months)

Service Management Training Breakdown:
  • Phase 1: Sales and Service Department Relations (2-4 weeks)
  • Phase 2: Technician (1 month)
  • Phase 3: Service Advisor (4-6 months)
