Warehouse Freight Unloader - Performance Pay | Earn $200-$250 Per Day
Location: Ocala, FL
Position: Full-Time
Shift: Wednesday-Saturday (Back Half) | 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Freight Breakers LLC is hiring motivated individuals to join our warehouse team as Freight Loaders & Unloaders. This is a physically demanding, production-based position where your earnings are tied directly to your productivity. If you enjoy staying active and want the opportunity to earn more through hard work, this is the job for you.
Daily Responsibilities
Loading Freight
  • Hand-stack cartons from conveyor lines into outbound trailers.
  • Scan freight using handheld RF scanners to ensure accurate inventory tracking.
  • Move rolling cages between workstations and staging areas.
  • Build safe, organized trailer loads while maintaining production standards.
Unloading Freight
  • Remove floor-loaded cartons from inbound trailers.
  • Place freight onto conveyor systems for processing.
  • Scan and sort freight into designated containers.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work area throughout the shift.
This role requires continuous movement, lifting, bending, and teamwork in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Compensation
Production-Based Pay
  • Average earnings of $200-$250 per day
  • Typical pay ranges from $16/hour to $25+/hour, depending on production
  • Paid per case loaded and unloaded
