Yard Location: Haslet, TX
Starting Pay: $22/hour + Overtime
Typical Weekly Earnings: $1,350$1,500

Pioneer Transportation & Logistics LLC is a local, dedicated Amazon Freight Partner serving the DFW market. We are IMMEDIATELY HIRING Class-A CDL Regional Drivers who take pride in safety, integrity, teamwork, accountability, and building a long-term career.

As a company CDL driver, you'll play an important role in keeping freight moving safely and efficiently. You'll operate Amazon-branded equipment and technology while delivering exceptional service for one of the world's most recognized logistics networks.

You will NOT be employed by Amazon. You will be employed directly by Pioneer Transportation & Logistics LLC, a local transportation company that partners with Amazon.

PAY & EARNING POTENTIAL

$22/hour to start + overtime after 40 hours!

Regional drivers typically work 5456 hours per week, creating a typical weekly earning range of approximately $1,350$1,500, depending on hours worked.

POSITION DETAILS
  • Immediate openings for multiple dispatches
  • Regional routes throughout the DFW area and surrounding markets
  • Typically 34 days per week
  • Regional runs generally consist of 1314 hours out, a 10-hour break, then 1314 hours back
  • W-2 employment
  • Nights and weekends are required
  • Minimum of 40 hours per week, with additional hours and overtime opportunities
  • Home time after every two-day shift
  • Brand-new 20232025 sleeper tractors
  • Primarily No-Touch Freight, including Drop & Hook and Live Loads
  • Modern Amazon-branded equipment and technology

CDL DRIVER REQUIREMENTS
  • Valid Class A Commercial Driver License (CDL)
  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • Minimum 2 years of CDL driving experience, including at least 1 year of tractor-trailer experience
  • Must successfully complete a CMV road test at time of hire
  • Valid DOT Medical Card
  • Must pass pre-employment drug screening
  • No failed or refused drug or alcohol tests, including disqualifying DWI/DUI or BAC violations
  • Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
  • Good DAC Report
  • Clean Pre-Employment Screening Program (PSP) Report
  • Must have the required documentation to complete the I-9 employment verification process
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Ability to learn and use electronic logging, communication, routing, and other driver technology
  • Experience with intermodal containers preferred
  • Comfortable using handheld devices and smartphone applications, including GPS
  • Must be willing to work additional shifts when needed
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including day, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts
  • Must be able to read, speak, and write English sufficiently to communicate with the public, understand highway traffic signs and signals, respond to official inquiries, and complete required reports and records
