Specifically, oversees collaboration with various internal and external stakeholders (traders, agents, execution, freight operations, finance, etc.) to ensure operational excellence through constant oversight of logistic flows and adherence to Bunge?s policies.Main Accountabilities Coordinating BLA?s agricultural commodity product Logistic flows throughout multiple locations to ensure execution from origin port to destination port; Analyze and execute the Logistics process to ensure optimal planning, coordination, and efficient flow of Bunge?s business. Leading Logistics meetings and daily coordination with chartering team, freight operations, commodity traders and execution in order to optimize planning vessel?s allocation, to ensure deadlines are met and restrictions are confirmed; Serve as a liaison for Bunge?s Global Logistics Team in Latin America, helping build and foster the Global Logistics vision to operate Bunge?s assets and execute the optimal commercial plans; Leading the implementation of internal systems to automate reports and optimize workflow. Also working in collaboration with Global Logistics to improve Bunge?s global seaborne logistics system; Analyzing and leading the preparation of port capacity forecasts for Bunge and the industry, including reporting of imbalances and constraints; Coordinating internal loading agreements to allow the ports, vessels, and infrastructures to operate in a manner that provides the most overall profitability for Bunge.Knowledge and Skills Effective communication skills.
