Job description


The OCI Supply Chain Organization enables Oracle Cloud Infrastructure's global growth by delivering scalable, reliable, and efficient logistics and warehouse operations that support the deployment of cloud infrastructure worldwide. The Orders & Logistics team partners with global suppliers, warehouses, data centers, engineering, and operations teams to ensure accurate inventory, optimized transportation, and uninterrupted material flow across Oracle's global network.
Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Global Freight & Warehousing Program Manager (IC3/IC4) to manage critical warehouse controls, global logistics operations, inventory integrity, and freight optimization initiatives supporting OCI's worldwide supply chain.
This role is responsible for driving inventory accuracy, improving warehouse operational excellence, supporting global logistics services, and leading cross-functional process improvements. The ideal candidate combines strong supply chain expertise with advanced analytical skills, program management experience, and a passion for continuous improvement through automation and AI-enabled insights.
Key Responsibilities
Warehouse Operations & Inventory Controls
  • Own global inventory accuracy initiatives across Oracle Cloud warehouses.

  • Manage cycle count strategy, scheduling, execution, reconciliation, and reporting.

  • Perform regular reconciliation between Oracle Fusion Inventory, Enterprise Inventory (EI), and EDMS systems to identify and resolve inventory discrepancies.

  • Lead inventory troubleshooting efforts and partner with warehouse providers to resolve root causes.

  • Develop inventory control metrics, dashboards, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Warehouse Operations Support
  • Provide Tier 0 operational support for warehouse shipment issues impacting customer and data center deliveries.

  • Support warehouse receiving operations by resolving: Purchase Order (PO) and ASN discrepancies, Incorrect serial number transactions, New SKU setup issues and Inventory receiving exceptions

  • Coordinate issue resolution across suppliers, warehouse providers, procurement, and engineering teams.

Global Logistics Services
  • Support global logistics operations for: Data Center RMAs, Repair logistics and Reverse logistics

  • Drive logistics network optimization initiatives supporting BYOH (Build Your Own Hardware) and other strategic fulfillment programs.

  • Partner with freight providers to improve transportation performance, cost efficiency, and service levels.

  • Support priority shipments for critical OCI infrastructure deployments.

Data Center Warehousing
  • Support warehousing operations across strategic partners including Mitac, Hyve, and forward hub locations.

  • Coordinate priority shipments with DCIM and Data Center Ingestion teams.

  • Ensure warehouse readiness for new product introductions and infrastructure deployments.

  • Monitor warehouse operational performance and identify process improvements.

Supplier Enablement
  • Lead onboarding and training for new suppliers on Oracle Fusion shipping and inventory transactions.

  • Develop standardized operating procedures and training documentation.

  • Ensure supplier compliance with Oracle logistics processes and transaction requirements.

Claims & Transportation Management
  • Manage freight claims from identification through resolution.

  • Partner with logistics providers to negotiate transportation claims and recover costs.

  • Analyze recurring claims to drive preventive actions and operational improvements.

Data Analytics & Automation
  • Perform advanced data mining and supply chain analytics to identify trends, operational risks, and optimization opportunities.

  • Develop dashboards, KPIs, and automated reporting using modern analytics tools.

  • Leverage AI technologies to improve forecasting, anomaly detection, inventory reconciliation, and operational decision-making.

  • Drive automation initiatives that reduce manual effort and improve operational accuracy.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Industrial Engineering, Operations, or related field.

  • 5+ years (IC3) or 8+ years (IC4) of experience in global logistics, warehousing, supply chain operations, or program management.

  • Experience with Oracle Fusion SCM or comparable ERP systems.

  • Strong understanding of: Inventory management, Warehouse operations, Global freight and transportation, Reverse logistics and Supply chain process optimization

  • Experience supporting hyperscale cloud infrastructure or high-tech manufacturing supply chains is highly desirable.

  • Experience managing third-party logistics (3PL) providers and global warehouse partners.

Preferred Skills
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong SQL, Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar data visualization experience.

  • Experience with AI-assisted analytics, predictive modeling, or automation tools.

  • Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP platforms, and transportation management systems (TMS).

  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills.

  • Strong communication and executive presentation abilities.

  • Experience leading global programs across multiple regions and time zones.

  • Demonstrated ability to influence without direct authority.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $91,400 to $187,000 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
