Job description

Responsibilities
  • Enter and update shipment information.
  • Prepare and organize bills of lading, delivery receipts, and other freight documents.
  • Track shipments and assist with pickup and delivery updates.
  • Communicate with drivers, customers, and operations staff.
  • Scan, file, and maintain freight records.
  • Assist with billing, proof-of-delivery documents, and freight discrepancies.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and email.
  • Professional communication skills.
  • Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous freight or office experience is not required.
