Inside Sales / Customer Service / Logistics Coordinator Position Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Inside Sales, Customer Service, and Dispatcher to support daily freight brokerage operations. This role combines customer support, sales outreach, load coordination, and dispatch responsibilities. The ideal candidate is organized, professional on the phone, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced logistics environment. Key Responsibilities: Inside Sales
  • Make outbound calls to prospective shippers and carriers.
  • Generate new business opportunities and maintain customer relationships.
  • Follow up on sales leads and customer inquiries.
  • Assist with rate quotes and transportation solutions.
  • Maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems. Customer Service
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding shipment status and service issues.
    • Respond promptly to phone calls, emails, and customer requests.
    • Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
    • Provide shipment updates and documentation as needed.
    • Build strong relationships with customers through excellent service. Dispatch & Operations
      • Coordinate and dispatch freight shipments with carriers.
      • Schedule pickups and deliveries.
      • Track loads and communicate updates to customers and carriers.
      • Verify carrier availability, rates, and compliance requirements.
      • Maintain accurate records of shipments, dispatch activities, and communications.
      • Assist with problem-solving and issue resolution when delays or service disruptions occur. Qualifications:
        • Previous experience in freight brokerage, transportation, logistics, dispatching, customer service, or inside sales preferred.
        • Strong communication and phone skills.
        • Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.
