Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating freight shipments by scheduling pickups and deliveries using our transportation management system.
• Communicate effectively with drivers, carriers, customers, and warehouse teams, ensuring clear instructions and updates.
• Help maintain organized records related to freight movements, shipping schedules
• Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to handle inquiries from drivers, vendors, and internal teams professionally.
• Inside Sales - Commission Structure

Experience

• No prior logistics experience required; a strong desire to learn about transportation and logistics is essential.
• Computer experience required
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work efficiently alone or with the team
