The Freight Supervisor based in Cary, North Carolina supports a network of national carriers from general freight to specialized cargo. The Freight Supervisor is responsible for:

Oversee Cornerstone Trucking Assets
Supervise freight flow processes.
Manage the freight team efficiently to ensure on-time delivery of orders.
Ensure that team follows company policies and standards.
Provide freight updates to team, Manager
Address customer inquiries and concerns regarding order deliveries in a timely fashion.
Provide exceptional services and ensure customer satisfaction.
Communicate equipment repair and maintenance requests to Manager.
Manage freight paper works
Establish and enforce safety rules and regulations.

This position will also effectively build a Bool of Business with new and existing shippers, contract carriers, build and manage these relationships. Load planning, Order management, Payload Negotiations.
