Duration: 12+ Months
Pay Rate: $40-$43/hr on W2
Job Summary:
This role is crucial for managing global transportation finances and streamlining the freight payment process. You will ensure accuracy in financial transactions, resolve carrier disputes, and identify opportunities to optimize logistics operations. The analyst will play a key part in improving the overall efficiency and cost-effectiveness of freight payables.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Process and upload global transportation spend data and audit invoices, investigate exceptions, and ensure correct GL coding.
  • Manage the end-to-end receipt, validation, extraction, and upload of weekly global transportation spend files across AMER, EMEA, and APAC.
  • Manage the freight claims process and Perform freight invoice audits, investigate payment exceptions, validate carrier information, and ensure accurate General Ledger (GL) coding.

Must-Have Skills:
  • 5-8 years of experience in Transportation Finance, Freight Audit & Payment, Accounts Payable, Supply Chain Finance, or Logistics Operations.
  • Strong on SQL and auditing high-volume financial and transportation datasets with exceptional accuracy.
  • Experience managing freight claims, invoice reconciliation, carrier payments, and financial exception handling.
  • Knowledge of General Ledger (GL) coding and transportation financial processes.

Industry Experience:
  • Experience in transportation finance, freight audit and payment, accounts payable, supply chain finance, or logistics operations is required.
