JOB SUMMARY

Looking for an experienced or non-experienced Air Import/Export and Ocean import/Export operators

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· Effectively schedule bookings for simple and complex cargo shipments

· Ensure the complete and timely delivery of freight by attaining knowledge from clients in order to satisfy their needs and completing paperwork that meets stringent requirement

· Process data through the company’s system

· Identify transactions and tasks that require special handling, recommend improved process to management and implement resolutions within assigned scope of responsibility

· In addition to basic math, be able to analyze numerical data, understand components and relationship and patterns and draw conclusions

· Comprehends the full range of freight forwarding services: order management, movement scheduling, monitor and control services, cost optimization, etc.

· Other duties related to the position / emplyment.

MINUMUM REQUIREMENTS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES)

· Prefer bilingual in Korean

· Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) or equivalent experience is preferred

· Able to identify and solve problems in a timely manner and create solutions independently.

· Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite

· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to deal with ambiguity
