Job description

Part-Time Warehouse & Administrative Support

20 Hours/Week | Weekday Daytime Schedule

Are you someone who enjoys variety in your workday—part office, part warehouse—and takes pride in keeping things organized and running smoothly?

We’re looking for a reliable, hands-on Warehouse & Administrative Support team member to work closely with our Head of Procurement, supporting both administrative tasks and warehouse operations. This is a part-time role ideal for someone who likes structure, independence, and contributing to a well-run operation.


Schedule & Hours
  • 20 hours per week

  • Tuesday to Friday

  • Approx. 10:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.

  • Some flexibility available to support workflow and task planning

This schedule allows for consistent handovers, clear priorities, and predictable workdays.


What You’ll Be Doing

In this hybrid role, your time will be split between administrative support and warehouse operations, including:

Administrative & Procurement Support

  • Supporting procurement and inventory processes

  • Working with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Access)

  • Assisting with documentation, tracking, and data entry

Warehouse & Operations Support

  • Primary Tasks - preferably come with experience - retail / parts warehouse or retail big box store online order fulfillment would be fantastic

  • Assisting with inventory counts and handling, organization, and stock movement

  • Operating a forklift as required (we can train you)

  • Shipping and receiving

  • Supporting general warehouse organization, basic maintenance and efficiency

  • Safely lifting and moving materials (up to 60 lbs)

  • Secondary Tasks - experience is great - willing to train the right applicant

    • Building Crates & Skids for large freight shipments

    • Movement of items in the storage yard and building

    • Assisting the tech shop when needed

    • Data Entry for Safety and Procurement / Purchasing (MS Office)

    • Booking Freight (Domestic and International)


What We’re Looking For

  • Strong working knowledge of MS Office (Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Access)

  • Previous experience with warehouse management systems or retail inventory systems would be amazing

  • Forklift experience is an asset (certification is an asset but not necessary and we can train you)

  • Comfortable working in a warehouse environment

  • You must be able to lift up to 60 lbs safely

  • Reliable, organized, and able to switch between tasks easily

  • Willing to have a flexible shift for start and finish times Tues to Friday - We generally operate as a business from 7am to 5pm

  • Valid driver's license
