- Clean and sanitize all dishes, pans, lugs, utensils, and other equipment using commercial dishwashing machines and/or manual washing procedures.
- Disinfect high-touch surfaces (e.g., dishwasher handles, chemical dispensers) to minimize the spread of germs and maintain a healthy workspace; complete cleaning logs as required.
- Operate and maintain industrial dishwashing equipment safely and efficiently, reporting any maintenance or repair needs to the Production Manager.
