Are you into video games, bowling, karaoke? Are you friendly, outgoing? Do you enjoy being around people and work in a fun environment? Then you’re the kind of person we’d love to hire!

This position is responsible for providing exceptional customer service while supporting the operation of the Food & Beverage Department.
Open availability, especially on nights and weekends, is preferred.
We require all staff that handles alcohol to be 21+.

Essential Duties:
  • Operates POS register for food and drinks (includes bar register when directed).
  • Prepares food and beverage items utilizing policies and standards of the company.
  • Resets and bus the food court seating area.
  • Washes and dries dishes, glasses and other cooking/food prep utensils.
  • Conducts all opening and closing procedures.
  • (Opens and closes cash tills, kitchen cleaning and etc.).
  • Manages food and beverage inventory in accordance with the stores policies and procedures.
  • Maintains proper temperature for refrigerators and freezers.
  • Manages plates, cups, and other utensil inventory in accordance with the store policies and procedures.
  • Conducts restroom checks and cleaning including laundry of department specific cleaning rags.
  • Responds responsively, politely with friendly demeanor to customers' requests.
  • Occasionally cross-trains to assist Amusement & Bowling department with POS transactions.
  • Other duties and responsibilities assigned by Department & Store Management.

Non-Essential Duties:
  • Conducts alcohol and age restriction control in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Conducts lost and found procedures in accordance with company policies.
  • Seeks constant improvement or more efficient and less expensive ways and means in department work processes.
  • Researches and develops resources that create timely and efficient workflow.
  • Follows up to complete any assigned work.
  • Maintains high ethical standards in the work place.
  • Reports all irregular issues and problems to executive management for solution.
  • Maintains good communication with customers, management, office staff members and outside contacts.
  • Compiles and maintains confidentiality of all company policies and procedures.
  • May help with mailing and shipping activities as needed.
  • Responsible for maintaining a clean and safe working area.

Education/Experience:
  • A High School diploma and a minimum of one to two years’ experience in a hospitality or retail environment required.
  • Experience in a bowling establishment preferred, but not required.

Language Ability:
  • Ability to effectively communicate with management, co-workers and the general public.
