What is a freezer associate?

Freezer Associates are workers responsible for handling, organizing, and stocking products in the frozen foods section of a warehouse, grocery store, or distribution center. Their main duties include maintaining proper inventory levels, ensuring products are stored at correct temperatures, and keeping the freezer area clean and safe. They often work in cold environments for extended periods and may be required to lift heavy items.
