Job Description
Our Current Hiring Need is for Freezer Associates
Multiple Shifts Available
Pay Rate: $22.12/hr.
Performing the physical tasks involved in the shipping, receiving, storing, and distributing medical/pharmaceutical products.
Pulling and filling orders. Working with RF Scanning equipment to maintain records of merchandise shipped, as well as examining, stocking, and distributing materials in inventory and on manufacturing lines.
Preparing goods for final shipment.
May use power equipment including, but not limited to forklift, hand tools, and other devices operated in a warehouse environment while maintaining the highest level of productivity and accuracy.
Standing and engaging in repetitive movement throughout an entire shift.
Extensive walking and mandatory overtime as needed is required.
Passion around working for a leading healthcare distribution company focused on distributing pharmaceuticals to more than 40,000 customers ranging from retail chains, independent retail pharmacies, hospitals, health systems, and other healthcare facilities.
Qualifications
Our Freezer Roles:
Ability to work in a freezer with temperatures of -20 Celsius (-4 Fahrenheit) for the duration of the shift for up to 45 minutes at a time.
Ability to wear bulky clothing, boots and a full face covering (balaclava) in the freezer environment.
Attention to detail and ability to follow written standard operating procedures. Ability to complete tasks with safety being the priority.
