Superior Homebuyers is seeking motivated, enterprising Freelance Real Estate Lead Generation Specialists to independently identify and generate potential real estate acquisition opportunities.

In this opportunity, you will source your own prospective seller opportunities and conduct outbound outreach to property owners who may be interested in selling their real estate. Your primary objective is to identify qualified opportunities and introduce interested homeowners to the Superior Homebuyers acquisitions team.

Our acquisitions team handles the acquisition process, allowing you to focus on what you do best: prospecting, creating conversations, and generating opportunities.

This is a performance-based opportunity with no required shifts, working hours, or minimum dialing requirements. Contractors determine when, where, and how much they work and independently manage their prospecting activities.

Compensation:

  • 12.5% commission on qualifying completed transactions

  • $100,000–$150,000+ annual earning potential

  • Upside earning potential

  • Upside on commissions

  • No salary, hourly wage, or guaranteed compensation

Earnings are entirely performance-based and are not guaranteed. Actual compensation will depend on individual production, qualifying opportunities generated, completed transactions, transaction economics, and the applicable commission terms.

Compensation:

$100,000 - $150,000 yearly


Responsibilities:
  • Independently identify and source prospective property sellers

  • Generate your own leads and prospective seller contact information

  • Conduct outbound cold calling and other prospecting activities to property owners

  • Determine whether homeowners have potential interest in selling their property

  • Build rapport and conduct initial conversations with prospective sellers

  • Gather relevant information regarding the property, seller motivation, circumstances, and potential selling timeline

  • Identify qualified seller opportunities and submit them to Superior Homebuyers

  • Introduce interested property owners to the Superior Homebuyers acquisitions team

  • Conduct follow-up outreach when appropriate

  • Maintain accurate information regarding opportunities submitted to Superior Homebuyers

  • Maintain professional and respectful communications with prospective sellers

  • Comply with applicable federal, state, and local telemarketing, privacy, Do-Not-Call, and consumer communication requirements

  • Independently manage prospecting activities and determine the amount of time devoted to generating opportunities


Qualifications:
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills

  • Confident speaking with property owners and conducting outbound cold calls

  • Comfortable independently sourcing and prospecting for new opportunities

  • Enterprising, self-motivated, and results-driven

  • Ability to build rapport quickly and create genuine conversations with homeowners

  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills

  • Comfortable operating independently without a traditional employee schedule or management structure

  • Motivated by commission-based compensation and upside earning potential

  • Ability to provide your own telephone, computer, internet access, and other ordinary equipment necessary to perform your services

  • Previous experience in outbound sales, cold calling, lead generation, appointment setting, real estate investing, wholesaling, or other performance-based sales is preferred but not required

  • Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus and strongly encouraged
