- Create pre-release, user, and technical client documentation along with other assigned content.
- Analyze and translate technical and functional designs into user-friendly client material.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to obtain an in-depth understanding of the product and the documentation needs.
- Create release notes, implementation guides, online help content, knowledge-base articles, and API documentation, where applicable.
- Research and analyze new features and product enhancements to determine documentation impacts and required client communications.
- Use test environments to research Fiserv products and services to gain the full understanding needed to convey concepts, instructions, and screen samples to clients.
- Analyze existing and potential content, focusing on reuse and single-sourcing opportunities.
