SEO Content Producer

TurboTenant

Aurora, CO

Full-time

Medical, Dental, Vision, Retirement, PTO

Job description

Are you a sharp editor, a seamless project coordinator, and an organic growth enthusiast who loves keeping a fast-paced content engine humming? TurboTenant is looking for an SEO Content Producer to manage the editing, QA, and operational workflows across our growing brand portfolio. This isn't just about copyediting; it's about taking true ownership of our content production cycles, managing freelance teams, and ensuring every article we publish meets the highest bar of accuracy, brand voice, and SEO performance.

In this role, you'll serve as the operational backbone of our SEO Content Team, partnering closely with the SEO Content Team Lead, freelance subject-matter experts, and cross-functional marketing teams. You will turn high-level roadmaps into well-oiled execution cycles, leveraging modern AI workflows and scalable systems to keep our organic engine publishing at high speed without ever sacrificing quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Freelancer & Agency Coordination: Coordinate day-to-day with external writers and subject-matter experts. Manage assignment briefs, track turnaround times, provide detailed copy feedback, and keep the pipeline moving smoothly to hit monthly targets.

  • High-Volume Editing & QA: Own the copyediting and QA workload across a large monthly volume of SEO content—including blogs, landing pages, pillar pages, and refreshes. Ensure every piece is accurate, engaging, error-free, and aligned with brand guidelines.

  • Roadmap & Publishing Logistics: Partner with the SEO Content Team Lead to execute the content roadmap. Manage WordPress staging, formatting, internal linking, and publishing schedules to hit tight deadlines.

  • Content Optimization & Refreshes: Use performance data to help identify underperforming pieces, executing strategic content refreshes and consolidations to maximize organic search footprint.

  • Process & Workflow Engineering: Continuously document editing standards, content briefs, and QA cycles to eliminate bottlenecks, boost efficiency, and build a more scalable content engine.

  • Multi-Brand Portfolio Support: Coordinate content briefs and brand-specific projects across TurboTenant's brand portfolio (including TenantCloud and Rentler), maintaining messaging consistency across property management solutions.

  • AI-Accelerated Content Operations: Embed modern AI workflows into content production, QA, and research cycles to accelerate output and keep TurboTenant's SEO strategy cutting-edge.

Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of hands-on SEO experience with a proven track record of driving organic growth through high-performing content.

  • Editorial Excellence: Exceptional copywriting, editing, proofreading, and grammar skills with laser-focused attention to detail.

  • SEO Tooling & WordPress Proficiency: Deep experience using WordPress to build, format, optimize, and manage web content, along with familiarity using modern SEO analytics tools.

  • Technical & Persona Balancing: Ability to turn complex, technical property management concepts into clear, engaging, persona-driven content that lands with DIY landlords and renters.

  • Operationally Minded: Strong organizational skills with a history of delivering high-volume, quality work on tight deadlines while managing external contributors.

Technical & Mindset SuperPowers:

We are looking for someone with a modern, tech-forward, and high-ownership approach:

  • AI-Native Operations: You enthusiastically use AI tools (like Claude, Cursor, or ChatGPT) to streamline research, draft edge-case QA checks, and speed up factual production cycles.

  • Multiplier Impact: You naturally document your workflows, share learnings across teams, and elevate the editing standards for everyone around you.

  • Ownership Mindset: You take total pride in the accuracy and health of published copy, proactively catching bottlenecks or quality dips before they hit production.

Location & Connection:

This is a Hybrid position based in Denver, Colorado. We believe face-to-face connection builds strong teams, so you'll collaborate closely with your team lead and cross-functional peers at our Denver, Colorado office. We'll look forward to seeing you in person at least once a week on Wednesdays (and more often if you'd like!).

About Us:

At TurboTenant, we simplify the complex and intimidating process of managing your own rental property. And we do it through an elegant software platform for small, "do-it-yourself" landlords and their tenants. But don't take our word for it—Read reviews from some of our 1 million landlords!

Our Be Better Culture:

At TurboTenant, we live by the Be Better mantra. Our high-performance culture makes us relentless in our efforts to Be Better at serving our landlords and renters, and in unlocking the potential in one another.

What does our Be Better culture mean to you?

  • You'll be in an environment that pushes you to reach your potential.
  • You'll make a massive impact on our landlords, renters, company, and the proptech industry.
  • You'll be on the highest performing team of your career.
We're Proud to Offer:
  • Competitive compensation package
  • 22 days of PTO during the first year, increasing with tenure
  • Annual bonus based on company performance
  • Equity – an owner's mindset is a big part of being a member of the TurboTeam
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plans – with multiple plans covered at 100%
  • 9 paid holidays per year + a paid day off for your birthday
  • 401k Matching
  • Annual bike tune-up reimbursement

Compensation: $80,000 - $90,000 + equity. The actual compensation offered will be based on experience.
