We need a Creative Director who can own the creative vision across our blog, podcast, video, and social content. You'll tell the stories of sobriety and the outdoors in ways that are bold, beautiful, and deeply human. This role sits at the intersection of brand, content, and culture. Volunteer-to-Hire: This role begins as a volunteer position. As Sober Outdoors grows and secures funding, high-performing volunteers in this role will be among the first considered for paid positions. We are committed to converting these roles as our budget allows.## Responsibilities* Define and evolve the creative vision for Uncharted Nature across all formats* Lead content production: written, audio, video, and visual* Develop editorial calendars and pitch story ideas that serve our audience* Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with brand and growth goals* Manage freelance contributors and creative vendors* Maintain brand consistency across Uncharted Nature and Sober Outdoors## Requirements* 5+ years in content, editorial, or creative direction* Portfolio demonstrating range across written, visual, and/or audio formats* Personal affinity for nature, wellness, or the recovery community* Strong aesthetic sensibility and ability to lead a creative team* Experience with podcast production, video editing, or multimedia storytelling is a big plus## Benefits & Perks* Volunteer-to-hire: a paid position will be offered as funding grows* Remote-friendly with access to Denver team events* Full access to Sober Outdoors programming for content capture* Build a platform that matters — storytelling that changes lives* Gear Valet lending privileges #J-18808-Ljbffr
