  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to translate complex business strategies, technical concepts, and product offerings into compelling visual narratives.

  • Create persuasive presentations that effectively communicate value propositions and business outcomes through storytelling and design.

  • Manage creative projects from concept through production, including brainstorming, design, stakeholder reviews, and delivery.

  • Provide innovative recommendations to enhance the quality and impact of visual communications.

Design Systems & Brand Development

  • Develop infographics, process diagrams, data visualizations, and visual frameworks to simplify complex information.

  • Create modular assets and scalable creative systems adaptable across various formats such as presentations, digital channels, events, and campaigns.

  • Establish templates, design systems, and reusable frameworks to improve quality, consistency, efficiency, and scalability.

  • Evolve visual communication practices while maintaining brand integrity and aligning with organizational goals.

AI & Creative Innovation

  • Promote the responsible use of AI tools across the creative process, including ideation, image generation, content adaptation, and asset repurposing.

  • Design scalable workflows that utilize AI and automation to boost speed, consistency, and creative output.

  • Stay informed about emerging creative technologies and suggest practical applications to improve efficiency and digital capabilities.

  • Share best practices and foster ongoing learning related to evolving design tools and AI-enabled workflows.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Partner with teams across marketing, sales, product development, communications, and events to support strategic initiatives.

  • Work with internal and external creative resources to ensure cohesive design execution.

  • Offer creative direction and feedback to agencies, freelancers, and production partners.

  • Juggle multiple projects simultaneously within a fast-paced environment while upholding high standards of quality.

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in graphic design, visual communications, presentation design, brand development, or related disciplines.

  • Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in executive presentations, visual storytelling, information design, infographics, and marketing materials.

  • Proven experience crafting presentations and communications tailored for executive, customer, sales, or leadership audiences.

  • Demonstrated ability to distill complex, technical, data-driven, or strategic information into compelling visual formats.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and presentation development.

  • Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.

  • Experience designing scalable templates, design systems, and reusable creative assets.

  • Practical experience using AI-enabled creative tools and workflows.
