CALLING EXPERIENTIAL FREELANCE PRODUCERS!

Freelance producers are an integral position on Wasserman's Experiential Team responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of various aspects of agency projects, from brief to execution. This role will ensure that all project relevant resources including operations and logistics are allocated and delivered on-time, on-budget and of a quality expected by Wasserman and its clients.

Core Duties:

  • Responsible for managing various elements of the large-scale project from planning through to execution and overseeing large scale projects

  • Work in a collaborative manner with all Wasserman account teams to ensure flawless project delivery against the client's objectives and budget

  • Manage vendor relationships with audio, lighting, staging, fabrication, registration, graphics, event flow, creative, food & beverage, transportation, staffing, venue and labor

  • Regular communication with the client regarding roles and responsibilities, budget, schedules, and project status

  • Responsible for ensuring that projects are correctly budgeted for and meet expected financial targets

  • Develop production schedules, run of shows, and enforce deliverable dates key to program's success

  • Responsible for building and maintaining effective client relationships, ensuring that all client needs are addressed in a timely way though out duration of the project

  • Manage and develop the relationships with Wasserman trusted suppliers and third-parties, throughout the duration of the project

  • Creates a positive, collaborative, teamwork environment based on the company culture and values

  • Promotes a team environment and provides work direction and guidance including professional development and training; guides team on deliverables, and ensures best practices with project management

  • Ensures that all project processes and procedures are completed and quality standards are met

Requirements:

  • 4+ years relevant experiential agency experience

  • Ability to remain calm under pressure, work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines

  • Possesses exceptional communication skills, both orally and in writing

  • Must be comfortable working as a continual partner to all Wasserman team members

  • Open-minded mentality, allowing thorough exploration of all ideas and thought starters

  • Needs to be a focused, strong-minded individual with ambition to help grow the company

  • Must thrive on a fast-paced environment and possess a 'can-do' attitude continuously

  • Strong attention to detail and highly organized
