MD/DO Opportunity at Chesterfield Family Medicine. Bon Secours Chesterfield Family Medicine is seeking a MD/DO Family Medicine Physician to join our well-established, community-focused outpatient practice. This opportunity is open to new graduates as well as experienced providers.

Located at the boundary of the City of Richmond and Chesterfield County, the practice uniquely serves both urban and suburban populations, offering a dynamic and rewarding clinical environment with strong continuity of care.

Details Outpatient-only family medicine practice Patient population ages 13 and up Average patient volume: 18-20 patients per day Responsibilities include direct patient care, reviewing lab results, and refilling prescriptions Ability to perform typical in-office primary care procedures Flexible office hours Call Schedule Call rotation: 1 week every 3 weeks (Monday-Sunday) Call hours: 4:00 PM - 8:00 AM Emergency calls only (no routine refills or appointment scheduling) Average call volume: approximately 4 calls per week Qualifications MD or DO, board-eligible or board-certified in Family Medicine New graduates encouraged to apply BLS certification required This position offers a stable, loyal patient base and the opportunity to make a meaningful, lasting impact through comprehensive, relationship-based family medicine.
