Job description

We're looking for a Limited-Term Clinical Research Coordinator to support our clinical trials. This is a full-time, temporary opportunity for someone who wants to build hands-on clinical research experience while helping a collaborative team manage clinical operations and patient care (no prior clinical research experience required!)  You'll work closely with the existing study team to support daily visits, study activities, and documentation. Please Note: This is a temporary, full-time position slated to last for approximately 6 months, with the possibility of extension. 

Clinical Research Coordinator's Main Objective: Deliver excellent care and a positive experience for our clinical research patients.


What you will do:

  • Support day-to-day study visits and blinded trial activities.
  • Assist the study team with uploads, paperwork, and other required documentation.
  • Help keep study activities organized and moving efficiently during screening, enrollment, and ongoing participant visits.
  • Coordinate closely with team members and respond to changing study priorities.
  • Follow study protocols, clinic procedures, and applicable research requirements.
  • Take on additional study support tasks as delegated by the team.

Skills needed to win: 

  • Flexibility, positivity, and a team-first approach is necessary in this role.  We value excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail.
  • At least one year of professional work experience in customer service, patient care, or other healthcare environment is preferred.
  • A bachelor's degree is preferred; candidates with relevant hands-on clinical training or experience, including Medical Assistants or LPNs, may also be considered.
  • Clinical experience is great, but we also welcome candidates from other industries who demonstrate strong judgment and a willingness to learn.
  • Dependability and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Salary Range: $50,000-$60,000 depending on experience. 

Job Type: Full-time, limited term engagement.

Working Location: On site in Town and Country, MO (50%) and Wildwood, MO (50%).
