Job description

At Skio, we're on a mission to help Shopify brands grow faster by making subscriptions simple, powerful, and delightful. Since our founding in 2021, we've scaled to $20M+ ARR on just $8.4M raised. And we're profitable. Hundreds of brands now trust Skio to power their subscription business, and we're just getting started.
As a Launch Engineer, you will onboard new merchants, provide best practices support for custom-built solutions, and resolve any technical challenges involving the Skio Platform. You'll guide customers throughout their Skio journey, equipping them with the knowledge they need to achieve their strategic goals using our products.
Merchants will look to you for answers on everything from basic technical questions to complex implementation scenarios. A core part of your role will be migrating customer and subscription data from other platforms to Skio, ensuring accuracy, continuity, and a smooth transition experience. You will also support customers with Shopify theme edits and storefront integrations to ensure Skio works seamlessly within their brand experience.
What we look for:
- Experience with Typescript / Javascript
- Solid experience with SQL-based database
- Linux / Unix administration skills
- Excellent English written and oral communication skills
- Technical degree or equivalent experience
- Ideally, experience with Shopify space and frontend experience
