The position manages the full mobile unit lifecycle, from initial client consultation, budgeting, and unit assignment through scheduling, logistics, crewing, and on-site execution. • Develop client list targets, perform outreach, and work with sales and marketing on sales and marketing plans
  • Develop annual mobile unit revenue and cost forecast working with the BMG accounting department.

Mobile Unit Operations

  • Manage scheduling, routing, and logistics for BMG's mobile units and flypack systems

  • Manage REMI production workflows connecting on-site mobile units with remote control rooms and production teams
  • Build production books, technical documentation, and workflows for each mobile unit project

Clients & Service

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the mobile unit production lifecycle
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing outstanding customer service on every project
  • Cultivate strong customer, vendor, and freelancer relationships that create positive impressions of BMG
  • Keep the EVP of Production informed of any technical, staffing, client, operational, or business issues that may arise
