Our client is building a fast growing media ecosystem designed to expand audience reach, elevate brand authority, and support the growth of several businesses within the company's portfolio.

This includes ventures, HVAC services, acquisitions, and a major industry conference. The company is investing heavily in a high output content engine that produces long-form video, short-form social content, newsletters, podcasts, and special projects that highlight entrepreneurship and real operational excellence.

About the Role

The Head of Content and Media Operations will own the strategy and execution of a multi platform content operation centered around the CEO. This person will manage the full lifecycle of content creation across YouTube, TikTok, IG Reels, Shorts, LinkedIn, newsletters, and an upcoming podcast. The role requires strong operational ability, creative instincts, and the capacity to run a high volume system that maintains a premium quality bar.

This position is hybrid in West Palm Beach, FL with regular in person involvement required for filming, planning, and execution.

What You Will Do
  • Lead the full media operation by owning the content calendar and maintaining consistent publishing across long-form, short-form, and written formats.
  • Build and manage systems for idea generation, pre-production, shooting, editing, quality control, approvals, and scheduling.
  • Direct all filming days, oversee setup and logistics, coordinate shot lists, and work closely with the CEO during production.
  • Manage freelancers, editors, designers, and external agencies while growing an internal team over time.
  • Develop scripts, outlines, hooks, story arcs, and concepts that turn raw ideas into well structured content.
  • Oversee platform strategy for YouTube, TikTok, IG Reels, Shorts, and LinkedIn, including distribution, metadata, titles, thumbnails, and upload cadence.
  • Produce content supporting multiple arms of the business.
  • Coordinate major shoots, off-site filming days, collaborations, travel based content capture, and high production projects.
  • Manage communications, anticipate operational needs, and create workflows that allow the CEO to focus on performance and thought leadership.
