Overview

We are seeking someone who has a passion for social and for bringing Fallon's history of writing excellence into 21st-Century platforms.

This role will have the opportunity to create internet-breaking work. Candidates should have the strategic writing and communication skills necessary to conceptually generate and produce bold ideas.

This person should be terminally online and well-versed in the ways of Instagram, TikTok, X, YouTube, Meta, Snapchat, and that new one that probably came out between the time this was written and when it was published.

The best portfolios will show a range of social-first projects, from content to campaigns to reactive moments to activations. Of course, we love candidates who have had viral moments on their own personal platforms as well.

This role requires someone with the ability to develop and hone a brand voice that is comedic in tone.

A love for pop culture, videography/photography, illustration, crafts, gaming, and/or food a huge plus.

Responsibilities
  • The person in this role must be comfortable with creating social posts from concept to execution.
  • They will be responsible for understanding, shepherding, protecting, and executing against the social tone of voice for our clients across multiple platforms, including TikTok and text-only posts.
  • This job moves at the speed of social. It is essential for this copywriter to stay up-to-speed on trends and action on them quickly.
  • Duties include writing and producing video content, writing for real-time moments/trends, writing evergreen copy, writing proactive social-first concepts, capturing content, and ideating against activation opportunities.
  • Deliverables will come in the form of idea writeups, decks, scripts, caption copy, comment responses, surprise & delight letters, stories copy, memes, quote tweets, activation-related copy, TikTok videos, and more.
QualificationsQUALIFICATIONS
  • 4-6 years of relevant creative experience.
  • Skilled in developing high-level brand concepts as well as articulating those concepts in executions across various media channels.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and presentation skills.
  • Portfolio of work demonstrating smart, brand-building ideas and executions.
  • Are based in or willing to relocate to Minneapolis.
  • Ability to demonstrate a high level of craft.
  • Prolific in writing snappy copy on very short timelines.

For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
