Job description

$1350 SIGN ON BONUSRFP Operator (Roll Form Punch) – Manufacturing Night shift  Pay & Schedule
  • $2 night shift differentail added to your base wage!

  • Schedule: Monday–Thursday 4:00pm - 2:30am

  • Overtime: Occasional Fridays as business needs require

What You’ll Do
  • Operate and support the RFP / roll forming machine

  • Set up equipment according to Manufacturing Orders (MO’s) and specifications

  • Monitor machine performance and adjust as needed to maintain quality

  • Inspect parts to ensure accuracy and quality standards are met

  • Read blueprints and use measuring tools (tape measure, calipers as needed)

  • Handle material safely and efficiently

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

  • Follow all safety procedures and production guidelines


What We’re Looking For
  • Manufacturing or roll forming experience preferred

  • Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn machine setup and operation

  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

  • Strong attention to detail and quality

  • Commitment to safety and teamwork

  • Forklift or crane experience preferred (or willingness to train)

  • Hands-on manufacturing setting

  • Standing and moving throughout the shift

  • Working with steel, machinery, and formed metal products
