Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at Hathorne Hill Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Danvers, Massachusetts. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to our residents, while working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to ensure excellent outcomes. Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care to residents, including administering medications, performing treatments, and monitoring vital signs
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team

  • Lead and mentor Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) in providing care to residents
