Job description

As an RIA Integration Manager, you'll lead the full lifecycle of bringing newly acquired Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) firms into our organization. From the moment a deal is signed through full integration, you'll act as the central point of contact and trusted partner for advisors and their teams. This role blends project leadership, relationship management, and problem-solving. You'll guide advisors through a major career transition-keeping things on track operationally while ensuring they feel supported and confident throughout the process.

You'll typically manage 4-6 integrations at once, partnering closely with internal teams across the business (Legal, Compliance, Finance, HR, IT, and more) and working alongside integration specialists. This is a hybrid role with about 10-25% travel.

What You'll Do
Act as the primary point of contact for advisors, leading integrations from deal signing through full onboarding
Guide advisors through complex transitions with clarity, empathy, and strong communication
Orchestrate the due diligence questionnaire process, review responses, and surface findings that inform deal terms and integration planning.
Drive progress while ensuring advisors feel supported and engaged-not overwhelmed
Develop and execute tailored integration plans, identifying risks early and ensuring long-term success
Coordinate across 20+ internal teams to deliver a seamless integration experience
Maintain accurate plans and provide transparent updates to leadership
Track key metrics and share insights to improve processes and outcomes

What You Must-Have

Ability to stay calm, steady, and solution-focused in high-pressure or emotional situations
Strong relationship management skills-you connect well with people and build trust quickly
Experience managing multiple complex projects at once with competing priorities
A collaborative mindset-you work well across teams and influence without authority
Comfort working within structured processes while also suggesting improvements
    Strong written and presentation skills
    Bachelor's degree

What is Nice to Have
5+ years in financial services, especially in RIA, wealth management, or M&A integration
Familiarity with brokerage/advisory operations (e.g., ACATs, repapering, platform transitions)
Ability to navigate ambiguity or evolving processes
Knowledge of custodians like Schwab, Fidelity, or Pershing
Project management or process improvement certifications (PMP, Six Sigma)

Compensation: The base annual salary range for this role is $82,000 to $117,000, plus a competitive performance-based bonus. Base annual salary depends on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and location. Base annual salary may also differ significantly due to geography and cost of labor considerations.
