Centerline is seeking a highly motivated salesperson with experience or education in selling technical or engineering services to help expand our presence and responsiveness within the MARKET region. This role blends business development with transactional sales and includes a competitive salary structure tied to closed sales.

The ideal candidate thrives in an entrepreneurial environment, can work independently from a home office, and is comfortable engaging with new prospects through cold calls, in-person visits, and industry networking.

Customers include:

  • Major wireless carriers

  • OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers)

  • Third-party DAS operators

  • System integrators & low-voltage installation firms

  • Direct venue & property owners

Experience selling engineering services, and a foundational understanding of RF or electrical engineering principles, is strongly preferred.

Required Education & Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree required

  • Preferred degrees: business management, communications, IT, engineering, marketing, or MBA

  • Experience in sales or sales engineering required

  • Industry experience in DAS/Small Cell preferred

  • Experience with public safety radio systems is a plus

  • Existing industry contacts in the MARKET region strongly preferred

  • Must reside within a two-hour commute to MARKET (local candidates preferred; regional candidates considered based on fit)

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Spanish proficiency is a plus)

  • Comfortable speaking extemporaneously and representing Centerline at industry events

  • Strong professional presence and ethical conduct required

  • Must attend regular in-person meetings with regional clients and national industry events

Position Type & Schedule:

This is a full-time, exempt position.
Standard schedule: Monday through Friday, with some evenings required.

Travel Requirements:
  • Travel to customer locations to present Centerline RF Engineering services

  • Valid driver’s license required; must be insurable under company policy

  • Must be able to travel domestically by air

Base salary:85,000-110,000
