• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for children and adolescents, carefully considering their developmental stages and specific family dynamics.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities to address a range of mental health challenges, providing tailored interventions supportive of young individuals.

In this role, you will primarily focus on children and adolescents suffering from various mental health disorders. The clinic addresses a range of issues including anxiety, depression, ADHD, and behavioral disorders within a safe and supportive environment. • A master’s degree in counseling, social work, clinical psychology, or a related field is required to ensure a solid foundation in mental health practices.
• Possession of a valid licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT within the state of California is mandatory, as applicants with an associate license cannot bill through Medicare.
• A thorough understanding of child and adolescent mental health disorders, along with familiarity with evidence-based treatment methodologies.
• Demonstrated experience delivering therapeutic interventions and family therapy to young clients is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, coupled with a compassionate and child-centered therapeutic approach.
