The Roof Sales Specialist will play a crucial role in driving our sales operations by developing client relationships and delivering tailored roofing solutions. • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed the company’s sales goals and revenue targets.
• Identify and cultivate new leads through networking, referrals, and industry research to expand the customer base.
• Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to propose bespoke roofing solutions tailored to each client’s requirements.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by ensuring exceptional service and support throughout the sales process.
• Prepare detailed proposals and presentations that clearly outline the benefits and features of our roofing products and services.
• Negotiate contracts with clients, ensuring clarity and mutual benefit in all agreements.
• Collaborate with the technical team to ensure that the proposed solutions are feasible and align with the client’s expectations and budget.
• Provide hands-on support during roofing projects, including site visits and coordination with project managers and installation teams.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, technological advancements, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
• Participate in trade shows, workshops, and other promotional events to represent the company and enhance brand visibility.
• Compile and report on sales activities, pipeline status, and client feedback to the management team to inform strategic decisions.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and regulations during sales operations and client interactions.
• Assist in the training and mentoring of new sales staff and team members to foster a high-performing sales environment.

• Proven experience in sales, specifically in the roofing or construction industry, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong understanding of roofing products, services, and market dynamics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and persuade various stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• High level of integrity and professionalism, with a commitment to ethical business practices.
• Physical ability to lift up to 100 pounds and perform tasks that may require climbing ladders and walking on roofs.
• Capability to pass a drone operation test and hold a current FAA pilot’s license for commercial drone use.
• Clean driving record with no DUIs, ensuring reliability and safety in client and site visits.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite to manage sales processes and client data.
• Willingness to travel as needed to meet business requirements and client needs.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to new challenges and changes in the business environment.
• Educational background in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
