Our social worker will work in a climate-controlled remote office setting, where effective communication and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals are essential. The role involves daily interactions with other clinicians, allowing for a dynamic and supportive work culture that prioritizes teamwork and collective success in addressing mental health challenges.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate client needs, diagnose when appropriate, and develop individualized treatment plans to promote emotional well-being and resilience.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic practices to guide client sessions, employing tools such as the DSM-5 to inform diagnostic decisions and measure treatment effectiveness.
• Monitor client progress rigorously, adjusting therapeutic interventions and strategies to ensure optimal support for mental health conditions.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of treatment records, clinical notes, and reports adhering to regulatory standards and departmental protocols.
• Collaborate proactively with patients, families, and healthcare providers to create a holistic treatment plan that aligns with the unique goals and needs of each individual.
• Facilitate coordination of care by linking patients to relevant community resources and services, while establishing strong relationships with referral agencies and treatment providers.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• The candidate must hold a current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Nevada.

The salary range for this position is competitive, offering between $90,000 and $105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
