The individuals you'll serve come from a wide array of backgrounds, presenting a variety of mental health challenges including anxiety, depression, PTSD, and relationship issues. • A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Demonstrated ability to engage effectively with clients via remote platforms, showcasing superior communication and interpersonal skills.
• Emotional intelligence and a non-judgmental approach to build rapport and trust with clients navigating challenging circumstances.
• Strong organizational capabilities to manage caseloads effectively while ensuring timely documentation and follow-up.

• Experience in teletherapy or remote counseling settings is preferred but not required; training opportunities are available.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities and techniques that can be utilized effectively in virtual sessions.
