  • Developing and implementing features for web applications

  • Mentoring and training less experienced members of the team
    <\/li>\n
  • Working with C#, Angular, SQL, and HTML
    <\/li>\n
  • Manage delivery efforts
    <\/li>\n
  • Oversee the planning, prioritizing, and execution of project's progress
    <\/li>\n
  • Collaborate with Product Owners, QAs, and other internal stakeholders to improve apps
    <\/li>\n
  • Evaluate performance and set goals for teams and individuals
    <\/li>\n
  • Full SDLC Development<\/li>\n <\/ul>\n

    Requirements<\/h3>\n
    \n 3+ years of experience:
    \n <\/div>\n
      \n
    • Developing applications with..
      \- C#
      \- Angular
      \- JavaScript
      \- SQL
      \- HTML<\/li>\n
    • Using thorough requirements to develop and implement features \/ updates
      <\/li>\n
    • Ensuring applications hit performance metrics and remain optimized on web and database servers
      <\/li>\n
    • High attention to detail and well organized
      <\/li>\n
    • Well spoken \/ written and able to communicate well with stakeholders of varying technical backgrounds
      <\/li>\n
    • Leading and mentoring a team of developers (ideally 3+)
      <\/li>\n
    • Experienced tracking team and individual performance and performing code reviews
      <\/li>\n
    • Working with Git
      <\/li>\n
    • Using issue tracking tools like JIRA or similar
      <\/li>\n
    • Previous use of indexing tools like Solr\/Elasticsearch is a plus<\/li>\n <\/ul>\n
