Job Description
TITLE: Programmer Analyst Sr/Ld
PURPOSE STATEMENT: Works independently to provide advanced technical analysis, and application systems programming web development utilizing state of the art Microsoft development tools to develop products for use by the Judicial Branch.
PRIMARY DUTIES
This job may include the following job duties and is not an all-inclusive list of all job duties that may be required. Employees will be required to pe1fonn other related duties as assigned.
• This position interacts in a team setting with co-workers including other programmers, database administrators and business analysts.
• Develop software modules of high complexity and scope, while adhering to documented development standards.
• Work independently to develop solutions for complex business and technical problems.
• Innovate, design and develop web-based applications for Judicial Branch using primarily Microsoft technologies.
• Support deployment of application into production and maintain applications after release.
Coordinate with other team members to brainstorm and create new processes for the Judicial Branch to use in day to day operations.

o MVC

• A solid understanding of design principles (physical and logical) and architecture.
• Experience with Transact-SOL using Microsoft SQL Server. Extensive knowledge of relational database design, stored procedure creation, and query building using SQL Server.
• Experience leading the development of highly performing business applications in a multi-tier architecture.
• Experience leading a team to use structured source control using Microsoft Team Foundation Server and Visual Source Safe.
• Experience working in an environment using Extreme Programming practices.
• Experience working in an Agile environment.
• Experience with an Agile Requirements Management tool, such as TFS or Jira.
D. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• Excellent analytical, critical thinking and problem solving skills.
• Proficiency with computer software such as MS Office Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Skill in oral and written communications, establishing working relationships with others, effective decision making and conflict resolution.
E. Ability to m Specialized training, certifications, or other special requirements:
• An active Scrum certification and MCSD - Microsoft Software Developer are desired but not required.

Qualifications
REQUIREMENTS:
  • 5 years of .Net development
  • Object Oriented Concepts - MUST be able to speak about in interview stages, not just say they know what it is.
  • Unit Testing within .Net
  • 2 years of a JavaScript Framework - Angular is a nice to have, if it is on resume they ask questions
  • SQL quiries and statement
  • Must have a Bachelor's Degree - This is a contract to hire position, a Bachelor's Degree is required
