  • AI Workflow Automation and RAG: Build or support AI-enabled workflows using retrieval-augmented generation, embeddings, semantic search, document retrieval, vector databases, prompts, tool calls, API integrations, validation checks, and human-in-the-loop controls.
  • Future-Enabled Use Cases: Identify and develop practical use cases such as incentive intake triage, compensation rule interpretation, tracker generation, SQL/query assistance, anomaly detection, payout validation, recurring report creation, executive summary generation, action-item tracking, meeting preparation, and senior leadership briefing support.
  • Project Management and Partnership: Lead or support cross-functional projects by managing timelines, deliverables, risks, dependencies, stakeholder follow-ups, documentation, and status updates while partnering with Compensation, Sales, Finance, Operations, Compliance, Technology, HR, incentive design, enablement, auditing, and payout teams.
  • Analytical Tools: Use SQL, Python, Power BI, Excel, Tableau, Snowflake, Salesforce, Varicent, and related tools to analyze data, automate processes, validate results, and deliver business insights.
