About Us
Azalea Wang are bold, fashion-driven brands known for pushing boundaries and delivering trend-forward footwear and apparel. We move fast, stay ahead of trends, and obsess over the details that make our products stand out.
Role: Foot Fit Model (Size 7) Freelance (1099)
Position Overview
We are seeking a Size 7 (US) Foot Fit Model to support our footwear development team on a freelance, ongoing basis. This role is essential in helping us perfect the fit, comfort, and wearability of our shoes across both AKIRA and Azalea Wang collections.
This position requires in-office attendance in Chicago approximately 1-3 times per week, with a consistent weekly fitting day on Wednesdays.
What You'll Do
  • Participate in footwear fittings with the product development team
  • Try on sample shoes and provide clear, detailed feedback on:
    • Fit and sizing accuracy
    • Comfort and pressure points
    • Overall wearability and performance
  • Help ensure consistency in sizing across styles and collections
  • Collaborate closely with designers and developers to refine product fit
  • Attend scheduled fittings (minimum once per week, typically Wednesdays)

What We're Looking For
  • True Women's Size 7 (US) foot
    • 240mm insole length
    • C width
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to articulate feedback clearly
  • Reliable and flexible availability for weekly fittings
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Prior fit modeling experience is a plus, but not required
