Role Description

The Placement and Hiring Partnerships Professional is responsible for building and managing relationships with employers to create strong hiring pipelines for CodingWise Academy learners and graduates. This is a part-time, remote role.


Responsibilities

Identify companies and recruiters with active hiring requirements.

Build and maintain relationships with HRs, recruiters, hiring managers and staffing partners.

Generate relevant job requirements across Data Analytics, Data Science, AI/ML, Gen AI, Python, SQL, Power BI, MERN and Full Stack roles.

Collect JDs and understand the hiring requirements, experience, location and skills required.

Coordinate with the internal placement team to shortlist and share relevant candidate profiles.

Follow up with hiring teams to move candidates towards interviews and selection.

Maintain regular communication with recruitment partners and track hiring opportunities.

Build long-term partnerships with companies and recruitment agencies for recurring requirements.

Maintain basic records of leads, requirements, submissions, interviews and closures.


Qualifications

  • Experience in employer relations, campus recruitment, talent acquisition, or placement coordination, with the ability to build and maintain long-term partnerships.
  • 3+ year of experience in recruitment, HR, staffing, business development, corporate relations or placement.
  • Knowledge of IT and technology roles, current hiring trends, and the skills employers seek in entry-level and mid-level candidates.
  • Existing network of HR professionals, recruiters or companies will be an advantage.
  • Ability to identify and generate genuine hiring opportunities.


Key Objective

The primary objective of this role is to increase the number of genuine interview and placement opportunities available to CodingWise students by building strong hiring partnerships.

This is not a conventional candidate-sourcing role. The focus is on finding hiring opportunities, building employer relationships and converting requirements into interviews and placements.
